How do I access the portal after purchase?
Your purchase opens the authenticated Video Templates Pro portal. Inside the portal you can review template previews, bundle scopes, and AI tool entry points tied to your account.
Will template files be sent to me by email?
Access is delivered inside the portal after sign-in. This release does not promise emailed template files, ZIP folders, import links, or offline exports.
Do I need to pay more for each preview I open?
Prices shown in EUR apply to the specific portal offer displayed. The main creator portal pass is a one-time purchase, while bundles and AI tools show their own separate EUR pricing when listed.
Can I print, export, or download the templates?
Printing, offline exports, and downloadable template files are not included in this phase. The current offer is portal access only.
How do refunds and order review requests work?
You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. The main portal pass does not auto-renew, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel in the current release.
